When I run for reasonable periods of time (more than half an hour) I get a numbness in one of my feet.

Anyone experienced this? I'm wondering if it might have something to do with my tight quads?

Having spoken to Will at www.run-it.co.uk/ in Preston, he thinks it might be to do with my nervous system and I'm starting to agree. I'll try a deep tissue massage 9and a lot of stretching and see if it gets any better).
