Hi Matt and all,

Just a quick one, i'm training pretty hard right now, 3 times a week around 2 hours a session.

I know im losing weight and building muscle but do you have any advise of getting definition? looking more to my chest and abs, any help would be great.

FAT! FAT, FAT, FAT.
Seriously buddy, definition is all about body fat content. Speak to a PT (or ask me to do it) and get your body fat ratio calculated. Make sure you get below 10% (8 will do great). A word of caution though, it's tough to build muscle and get definition at the same time. You might want to consider periodising your training.

Hello mate!

Getting back into it! Have joined Virgin Gym and going with some extra keen housemates! been a couple of weeks now and I can feel the difference already

Need to ask you about protien shakes too!
